Lancôme is a French-based international luxury perfume and cosmetics firm. The firm was founded in 1935 by Guillaume d’Ornano and his business partner Armand Petitjean as a perfume maker in France.

The company sells perfumes, skincare items, and cosmetics. Their most well-known products are their mascaras, namely “Hypnôse,” and their Visionnaire Range, which has a patented chemical called “LR 2412” designed to improve skin texture and color qualities such as pore reduction, small wrinkles, and uneven skin tone.
