V8 is the registered brand name of the blend of vegetable and fruit juices that the holding company Campbell Soup produces. Founded in 1933 in Chicago, the holding company owns the brand since 1948.

The original V8 juice was a blend of water and eight vegetables – beetroot, celery, lettuce, carrots, parsley, watercress, spinach, and tomato. The company now produces juices which it calls a fusion of vegetables and fruits.
